Finance Coordinator

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:


-Be part of financial process set-up and continuous improvement, secure the flow is aligned with Scania global practice;

-Work closely with accounting team, help in accurate and smooth financial transactions;

-Participate in ERP project, understand and contribute to the financial flow in the future;

-Help in new financial flow implementation, training and instruction material preparation, cross-function communication, to ensure a smooth transformation.

-Ad-hoc tasks and questions from stakeholders.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 为了能够胜任此职位,担任此职位工作的个人至少满足以下条件。

Education and/or Experience


• 2-3 years finance experience in international company.

• Bachelor degree, preferably in finance.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


• Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.

• Good knowledge in MS office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good oral and written English.

• Previous working experience with Oracle or SAP is meriting
