Digital Workplace Specialist

The main responsibility of the Digital Workplace Specialist (DWS) is to is to support users of our digital workplace in China. This encompasses mobile device management, PC’s, printing, collaboration tools (e.g., O365) and more. Most of the tasks are hands on work (e.g., installation, configurations and error solving). The DWS will deal with a diverse user community with varying levels of IT literacy. The DWS is also expected to participate in the development of the digital workplace services. One key to success is co-working with Scania China, regional as well as head quarter-based colleagues along with external partners and suppliers. Scania’s industrial presence in China is expanding rapidly and this position is a key contributor to creating a word class digital workplace for the rapidly increasing Scania user base in China.

Desirable experience & qualifications
- 3+ years of experience of similar roles in a global and fast-moving environment.
- In-depth knowledge about Intune and all its capabilities
- Experience in Microsoft Modern Management and technologies such as:
- Windows Autopilot, Windows (including MDM stack), Azure AD
- Experience in China Office 365 Management and technologies such as
- Exchange
- Skype
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- Experience with Windows client operating systems
- Experience of Workplace management in large global enterprise environments including zero trust clients
- Printing
- Knowledge of Android, iOS and MacOS desirable
- Service Now experiences desirable
- Fluent in Chinese and English
Aplicable Certifications
· MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) of O365 desirable
· MCE (Microsoft Certified Educator) desirable
