A brief summary of the provided position as below 本职位概述如下:

The main responsibility of the Digital Officer (DO) is to stimulate, drive and support the digital transformation in the Business Unit, leading the shift towards an integration of digitalization as a business enabler. Acting as the custodian of the local digitalization and ensuring that it links the objectives in the CO digital strategies to the local Market Plans/Business Plans and the execution thereof.

This is achieved by working closely with managers and their teams, advising and suggesting improvement potentials and which digital tools and platforms that can enable the desired changes in current processes and operations. Furthermore to support and guide them through implementation, integration and follow-up of new digital tools as well as spreading good practices, sharing insights etc. to ultimately inspire managers in adopting a leadership style which enables digital transformation.

 

Duties and Tasks

Digital transformation implementation. Digital drive business development.

• Lead digital maturity implementation and drive digital transformation in Scania

• Drive digital solution initiatives using the latest technologies, i.e., artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, business process management solutions. This position will work closely with cross teams to support internal improvement projects, as well as externally with our operating and strategic customers to leverage these technologies and provide solutions to meet their business needs. The role will work collaborate with global and exchange various countries' experience and knowledge

• Drive innovation and evaluates new tools/application in alignment with the business line strategy (RPA, Data Analytics, AI, etc.)

• Pursue the increased automation rate, service availability, service quality and cost optimization for provided services

• Ensure implementation of operational standards in align with affected services

• Support the successful completion of internal and customer facing projects

• Collaborate with cross teams to maximize benefit for the customer and probability to win business

• Engage with customers to develop project scope, KPI/SLA and transition to operations

• Define the benefit model of a potential project and ensures the value of the project outweighs the cost of requirements

• Identify potential projects with customers through relationship management or customer satisfaction indicators

• Support customer demand management service reviews and operational reviews

• Continuously seek and evaluate digital transformation opportunities

• Align opportunities with strategies and commercial plans

Manage Digital Portfolio. Evaluate and develop the portfolio of projects and digital tools & platforms

  • Select and actively propose what the portfolio of digital tools and platforms should consist of
  • Support the Mgt Team coordinating the prioritisation and implementation of digital transformation initiatives in the Business Units
  • Govern the portfolio of pending and ongoing digitalization projects
  • Project lead the implementations of new digital tools & platforms and balance project backlog with changing priorities of selected digital acceleration projects.

 

Improvement work according to the Scania Way (SRS)

• Understand and act according to the Scania way frame work

• Maintain the normal situation, detect deviations and act immediately to eliminate them

• Contribute in daily follow-up, daily steering

• Participate and contribute in improvement activities based on a standardized working method

 

Desirable experience & qualifications

  1. 2-3 + years Software Development / Data Analytics / Business Intelligence experience is must.
  2. Experience in coding and project delivery in Digitalization, Analytics & Optimization tools, e.g. RPA(UiPath, AA), Process Mining, Qlik, Tableau, Python etc.
  3. Strong experience with SAP/CRM is a plus
  4. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  5. Good oral and written English
