To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

胜任此项职位，需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责:

1. Set up the customs system and procedure, improve the customs business process, and ensure the customs business efficiency and compliance.

2. Responsible for obtaining preferential policies for customs affairs, coordinating business and maintaining public relations; making the countermeasures accordingly.

3. Sorted out and formulated relevant procedures for customs affairs, and controlled risk points according to customs policy and regulations; provide internal and cross-departmental customs clearance related training, and improve the business capacity.

4. Monitor and control the forwarders/brokers, set KPI for forwarder/broker, also join the evaluation and bidding process of it

5.Check and archive all declaration files and assist export tax refund for finance depart.

6. Advance risk control of export and import declaration, deal with customs dispute, coordinating and participating in the handling of major customs clearance exceptions and customs inspection.

7. According to the customs clearance policies and declaration principles of overseas countries, optimize the customs clearance operation mode and logistic cost.

8.Sound knowledge of AEO and have experience of AEO application; set up rules and regulations of AEO and make sure plant is in compliance with it

9. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

1. 建立海关制度和程序，完善海关业务流程，确保海关业务效率和合规性。

2. 负责争取海关事务的优惠政策，协调业务，维护公共关系；制定相应的应对措施。

3. 梳理和制定海关事务的相关程序，根据海关政策法规控制风险点；提供内部和跨部门的通关相关培训，提高业务能力。

4. 监督和控制货代公司/经纪人，为货代公司/经纪人制定KPI，同时参与其评估和投标过程

5. 检查和归档所有的申报文件，协助财务部进行出口退税。

6. 对进出口报关单进行提前风险控制，处理海关纠纷，协调并参与重大通关异常的处理和海关检查。

7. 根据海外国家的通关政策和申报原则，优化通关作业模式和物流成本。

8.具有良好的AEO知识和AEO应用经验，建立AEO的规章制度，并确保工厂符合其要求。

9. 经理分配的其他任务。

Education and/or Experience教育和经历

1. Bachelor degree or above in international trade or logistic ; English can be used as working language

2. Five years working experience in customs and have a sound knowledge of customs laws and regulations and be good at the research and interpretation of customs policies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities知识、技巧和能力

1. Have the working experience of application of AEO and in industrial field is preferred

2. Experiences in forwarder behaviour, transportation budget control

3. Have strong communication skills and risk awareness, and work under pressure.
