We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract and Warranty Specialist to manage contract administration, claims reimbursement and report analysis. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processing of contracts, accurate invoice issuance, and timely claim reimbursements while maintaining strong communication with dealers and internal teams.

 

主要职责:

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities 

  1. Contract and Warranty Administration:
    • Oversee contract signing processes, including documentation, approvals, and updates. 
    • Manage contract creation by inputting data into Ramas, updating master files, and creating new customer
    • records. 
    • Ensure contract settlement by coordinating with workshops and sending notification emails. 
    • Update warranty start-up dates in SPII and maintain accurate records in the database. 
    • Promptly process warranty goodwill applications
  2. Invoice Issuing: 
    • Input data into Ramas for invoice issuance and notify the finance team for processing. 
    • Reconcile invoices with dealers and update reimbursement prices, contract pricing in DMS system.
  3. Claim Reimbursement: 
    • Review and reply to contract and warranty claims, submit reimbursements via concur, and ensure timely payments. 
    • Maintain accurate reimbursement records in the database, and able to identify unqualified reimbursement.
  4. Reporting and data analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports, repair analyses and find trends or risks.
    • Translate bulletins and EPS lists into Chinese and distribute them to dealers. 
  5. Communication and Coordination:
    • Issue bulletins, conduct training, and maintain clear communication with dealers and internal stakeholders. 
    • Conduct quarterly training sessions for new dealers and address Q&A inquiries.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to do reconciliation monthly.

 

任职资格与经验:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in data entry and management systems (e.g., Ramas, SPII, Concur). 
  • Strong analytical skills for report generation and claim reviews. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty administration, customer service, or contract management. 
  • Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with audit processes, reimbursement systems, and dealer coordination. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
