1. Establishing the COP management and be responsible for its implementation and keep improving according to the requirement of MIIT, VECC, CNCA and etc., including compiling and maintaining the COP control plan, monitoring its implementation and compiling the COP execution report.

按工信部、生态环境部、认监委等机构要求，负责生产一致性管理体系策划、实施、改进管理，包括《生产一致性控制计划》编写和维护，监控执行情况，并编制《生产一致性控制计划执行报告》。

2. Support the factory approval of Scania factory in Rugao, and be responsible for CCC initial and annual plant inspection, including planning, organizing, on-site receiving, non-compliance issue collecting and correcting, summarizing the lesson learn.

支持斯堪尼亚中国如皋工厂的企业准入，负责CCC首次和年度工厂审查，包括策划组织，现场迎审，问题收集，问题整改，经验总结等工作。

3. Be responsible for the internal compliance check and in-use vehicle compliance check, critical parts compliance check, planning and corporate COP tests, organize, solve or close the problems and any none-compliance issues during the COP tests.

负责生产一致性内部监督审查和在用符合性自查，关键零部件的一致性核查，并策划和协调生产一致性试验，组织解决和关闭试验相关问题。

4. Be responsible vehicle inspection at the end of production and the management and implementing of vehicle certificates, including vehicle qualified certificate, environmental protection information disclosure sheet, COC （certificate of COP）. Maintain and manage the management system of certificates with MIIT， MEE，CNCA.

负责车辆生产线终端检测，负责车辆随车单证的管理与落实，包括机动车出厂合格证、环保性信息随车清单、车辆一致性证书，维护与管理工信部机动车合格证管理系统，生态环境部环保清单管理系统和认监委一致性证书管理系统。

5. Plan and implement the COP internal review and audit, complete the external audit, and ensure the validity of the product certificates.

按计划与实施COP内部评审, 完成外部审核，确保产品证书的有效性。

6. Responsible for supporting the work related to temporary quality inspections such as in-service compliance spot checks and COP spot checks by various government authorities.

负责支持各政府主管机构的在用符合性抽查等临时质量抽检和COP抽查相关工作。

7. Be responsible for compile the COP control plan for export market and monitoring its implementation for the products in Rugao plant.

负责中国如皋工厂产品针对出口市场的COP编制与计划落实并跟踪执行情况。

8. Create the connection to the COP and Quality team in Scania, harmonize the global COP work, deliver internally the requirement of COP in China Market and its impact on quality, ensure the continuous compliance of the products in series.

与斯堪尼亚COP与质量团队建立连接，协同全球生产一致性管理工作，负责内部向相关部门传递中国市场COP要求和对质量的影响，确保批量产品的法规持续符合性。

9. Responsible for team building, ongoing development and training of staff for the above work, and performance appraisals.

组建团队，针对以上工作持续发展、培养团队成员并做绩效评估。

Education and/or Experience

教育和经历

Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering preferred

本科以上学历，车辆工程专业优先

10+ years of experience in vehicle quality or COP working area in vehicle manufacturing company

10年以上汽车制造公司汽车质量或COP工作经验

At least 5 years experience in vehicle COP management or factory approval

至少5年车辆COP管理或工厂认证经验

At least 3 years experience in vehicle on-board documents management and MIIT management system of vehicle qualified certificates

3年以上车辆车载文件管理及工信部车辆合格证管理制度工作经验

With rich experience on factory approval, plant inspection / audit based on automotive industry policy from MIIT / CNCA and etc.

根据工信部/国家认监委的汽车产业政策，在工厂审批、工厂检查/审计等方面具有丰富经验。

Have a good working relationship with the authorities in charge of COP is a big advantage

与COP主管部门保持良好的工作关系是一大优势

5 years team management experience in vehicle manufacturing company

5年汽车制造公司团队管理经验
