· For the Asia market, proactively search for suppliers to meet the business plan outlined from Scania Purchasing
在亚洲区积极寻找合格供应商,以满足斯堪尼亚采购计划和目标
· Make & execute purchasing strategies and targets for global sourcing and localization project
制定并执行全球采购及国产化的策略和目标
· Regular communication & alignment with head office for strategy and plan
定期与总部针对采购战略及计划进行沟通与澄清
· Evaluate material and parts suppliers for quality, process control and capacity etc.
评估材料和零件供应商的质量、流程和产能等
· Make RFQ, evaluate quotation, propose & nominate supplier
发询价,评估报价,推荐及定点供应商
· Work closely with the suppliers to develop new parts and improve production quality
同供应商密切合作开发新零件及改进生产质量
· Cross function cooperation globally to ensure the technical specifications is followed and project schedules are kept
跨部门合作以确保技术规范和项目进程
· Conduct business negotiations with suppliers in the region following agreed targets
同本区域内供应商进行商务谈判及跟进达成的协议
· Locally support all orders placed at the suppliers in the region including following ongoing activities regarding tools, production, quality, delivery schedules and logistics
跟进本区域内所有采购订单包括模具、生产、质量、交货期和运输安排
· Cooperate with logistic, sales, engineering and production departments to fulfill the lead time targets
同相关运输、销售、工程和生产部门合作确保目标交货期
· Supplier capacity management & component shortage handling
供应商产能管理及部件短缺处理
· Build a supplier base in Asia
完善亚洲区的供应商体系
· Follow VW group work journey

Education and/or Experience
· University degree in Mechanical Engineering or other applicable fields;
大学本科,机械工程或相关专业;
· Experience of sourcing and purchasing or other applicable fields preferably from Automotive/ Mechanical Industry ;
采购或者相关行业的从业经验;汽车/机械行业为佳
· Experience of working with quality system such as ISO9000, QS9000, IATF16949, PPAP level 3 or equal
具备ISO9000, QS9000, IATF16949, PPAP level 3的认证体系工作经验;或相同水平的认证体系
· Experience in cab component, plastic, rubber, electric & electronic;
具备车身部件,塑料,橡胶,电子电器等行业的经验;
· Experience in working in a manufacturing/quality environment;
具备工厂/或者质量环节的工作经验;
· Experience in supplier audit and evaluation;
具备供应商审计和评估的工作经验;
· Experience from working in a foreign company environment

· Market understanding;
了解市场信息和行情;
· Familiar with the necessary cooperation with engineering, production, quality, sales and logistic related to the purchasing issues;

· Adding structure and planning to work situation by defining priorities and completing the work in a systematic, efficient fashion within the required timeframe according to expectations. Team player with willing and enthusiastic approach;
