Business IT Analyst - Scania Local Project

A brief summary of the provided position as below 本职位概述如下:

The role Business IT Analyst is responsible for the functionality of one or more applications (hereinafter also called Applications) of the HERO IT Portfolio. The main responsibility for the Business IT Analyst is translating business demands to IT requirements as a base for developing IT applications. During the maintenance phase of an IT application lifecycle, it is the role of the Business IT Analyst to prioritize changes in the IT application based on business demands and business value.

 

Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks) 职业能力(职责与任务)

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives and performance gaps within the organization
  • Identify and maintain process maps and documentation.
  • Prioritize Change Requests in maintenance.
  • Follow up of CR results (cost and benefit) Leads and coordinates the business modelling (processes and information).
  • Facilitates the CR preparation (demand description, business case etc.)
  • Identify and maintain information maps and documentation
  • Facilitate the business organization to define requirements (functional and nonfunctional), analyze them and suggest improvements
  • Capture and translate business needs into functional requirements

 

Desirable experience & qualifications 任职要求

Education and Experience

  • University or College within Technical, Economics, Computer Science, or corresponding work experience
  • Fluency in Chinese and English, both verbal and written is required.
  • Background from the automotive and IT industry is required along with project and/or line management competence
  • Work experience depending on the area and level
  • Solid team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external team
  • Experience within the profession, 2-5 years

  • High ability to make the right prioritizations in stressful situations
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to plan the work and activities
  • Ability to create cross functional net works
  • Creative in create solutions to problems
  • Analyze failure statistics and see patterns and propose appropriate corrective actions
