Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, 10 April 2025 – Dyana Express Sdn Bhd continues to strengthen its sustainable partnership with Scania by incorporating the Scania K360CB4X2NB New Bus Generation (NBG) Euro V alongside their two other Scania coaches, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to achieving sustainable mobility within the state's travel industry. The handover ceremony was officiated by Yang Berbahagia, Tuan Azman bin Poji, Senior Director for Management, Road Safety and Corporate Division JPJ Sabah. It was witnessed by Datuk Donald Haji Hanapi, Chief Executive Officer of Dyana Group of Company, and Puan Rini Sabir Mässgård, Dealer Director of East Region, Scania Southeast Asia.

The NBG enhances safety for drivers and passengers with reinforced chassis construction and the inclusion of Lane Departure Warning (LDW) as standard, alongside other standard safety features like Electronic Brake System (EBS) with Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) and Traction Control.
It is also designed with both drivers’ and passengers’ comfort in mind. The driver area provides an optimal work environment with excellent ergonomics, reachability, and visibility. Passengers enjoy a comfortable ride thanks to an improved suspension, smooth transmission, efficient climate system, and low noise levels.
“The NBG comes standard with the Fleet Management System Control Package, giving Dyana Express access to Scania Digital Services. Fleet Management System Control Package provides valuable fleet insights via the My Scania portal and Fleet app, including real-time positioning, vehicle performance monitoring, CO2 emissions tracking, service planning, defect reporting, and driver evaluation. These tools help Dyana Express improve vehicle usage through Driver Training and Coaching. The NBG includes a 2-Year Inclusive Maintenance plan that covers up to 69 checkpoints.
