Scania East Africa Celebrates the Delivery of 35 Trucks to a Multinational

A first time Scania customer in Kenya, the multinational has purchased a mix of Rigids and Prime Movers of P410 6x4 trucks with day cabs and plastic bumpers, specifically tailored for their business operations to increase load capacity and enhance fuel consumption. The trucks are currently being used to transport the company’s products across the country.
Scania East Africa’s former Managing Director, Lars Eklund highlighted how both companies are on the path of driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system for a sustainable future by reducing CO2 emissions, fuel consumption, and operational costs. “We have setup this partnership in the right way, and the company looks forward to continuing to work together with our customer in decarbonizing the transport sector,” Lars shared.
