Tachograph services
Get the essentials out of the way
Your tachograph administration can be anything from a logistical day-to-day nuisance to a time sink for your staff. The best way for you to handle tachograph data, is to automate as much of it as possible. Because while the actual legal responsibilities can never be outsourced – you can more easily stay on top of them through continuous status reports with analysis of potential legal issues regarding infringements, delays, required calibrations as well as upcoming card and license expirations.
From 21 August, 2023 all newly registered vehicles in the European Union need to have a Smart Tachograph 2 (Smart TCO 2). All vehicles with analogue and digital tachographs used for international transport have until 31 December 2024 to upgrade their existing solutions to the Smart TCO 2 while others with the Smart Tachograph 1 undertaking international transport have until 21 August 2025 to change their existing solutions.
With the new Smart TCO 2, recording of relevant activities are automatically captured and stored for a longer time while simplifying cross border detection for you that work across the European region. Speak to your dealer today and learn more about how the new regulation affects your fleet and schedule the retrofit for your fleet.
