Director of Truck Sales
Ben has spent more than 15 years with Scania, building an impressive career in truck sales and fleet management. As Director of Truck Sales, he leads Scania’s national sales strategy, supporting customers across all aspects of our truck business, including new and used truck sales, fleet, government and mining operations, ensuring Scania’s solutions continue to set the benchmark for performance, safety, and efficiency.
Stefan Weber
Director of Aftersales
With over 15 years of experience in the automotive and heavy vehicle sector, including nearly a decade in Scania’s European operations, Stefan oversees all national aftersales activities for Scania Australia. He leads a nationwide network of company-owned and authorised dealerships, ensuring Scania delivers on its commitment to maximum uptime and exceptional service for every customer.
William Fisher
Director of Presales & Logistics
William brings more than 20 years of operational and logistics experience to his role, gained through leadership across large-scale fleet and service organisations. He oversees Scania’s complete order-to-delivery process, ensuring every truck and bus arrives on time, fully compliant, and ready to perform from day one.
Wayne Thomason
Country Manager - Scania Finance Australia & New Zealand
Wayne has more than 40 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, with a strong focus on transport and asset finance. He leads Scania Finance operations across Australia and New Zealand, providing tailored financial solutions that help customers invest confidently and transition to sustainable transport technologies.
Brian Morrison
Dealer Director - Queensland
With nearly 20 years of experience at Scania Australia, Brian has worked his way from technician to senior leadership through a wide range of operational roles. As Dealer Director for Queensland, he oversees branch performance, customer satisfaction, and business development, ensuring Scania continues to deliver excellence across the state.
Michael Berti
Dealer Director - WA, SA, NT
Michael has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive and heavy vehicle sector, including a decade in leadership roles at Scania Australia. He oversees operations across WA, SA, and the NT, focusing on regional growth, team development, and delivering Scania’s high standards of service and support to customers throughout these key markets.

Dealer Director - New South Wales
Lionel brings over 25 years of experience in transport, fleet management, and technical operations to his leadership of Scania’s New South Wales business. He manages both company-owned branches and authorised dealer partners, maintaining a strong focus on service quality, customer care, and team culture across the state.
