Scania's Parts Logistics IT team is looking for a dedicated Test/Cutover Manager to be a vital part of this journey. Are you ready to play an important role in driving the transformation towards a modern digital ecosystem?

The challenge

As a Test/Cutover Manager, you will be a key player in IT software and hardware implementation projects, providing your expertise in testing. Your role encompasses responsibility for automated and performance testing, system tests, and test management across diverse platforms such as SAP and PTC.

Your main tasks include:

• Developing and implementing robust test strategies, test plans, methodologies, processes, and test automation.
• Leading the testing efforts and ensuring the quality of test execution.
• Coordinating bug reports and fixes while providing clear and concise reports on the testing status to stakeholders.
• Operating within lean thinking and agile practices, with a strong focus on agile test methods.

Additionally you will also be responsible to coordinate and lead the creation of cutover system deployment plans for different SAP and other software applications in different test instances and production environments by input from different stakeholders while maintaining quality assurance over all the activities.

Your talents

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague thinking on a bachelor level, with a high interest in systems, technology and IT. You have previous experience in software testing and are familiar with various testing methodologies and tools. Experience in leading and coaching test teams and working with agile methodologies is very valuable in this position.

You are analytical, structured and you have quick learning abilities. You have strong collaboration skills, a broad helicopter view and are expert in problem-solving. You speak and write fluent English and Dutch.
