Head of Human Resources at Scania Ukraine

The main responsibilities:
Strategic HR organisational development:
- Succession and Management Planning;
- Develop and implement policies, procedures in the area of responsibility;
- Contribute to the Business Unit Business Plan and Strategy;
- Bring HR perspective to the management team.
Strategic HR Development:
- Implement and maintain Scania’s global HR-processes;
- Implement global HR Tools;
- Support the organization in attracting, recruiting and retaining dedicated and competent people in a systematic way;
- Contribute to and at Employer Branding activities.
HR Administration and Support:
- Secure the operations have an adequate Compensations and Benefit structure;
- Preparing and follow up of Budget for the department;
- Manage the pay-roll;
- Secure HR Controlling & Reporting.
Manage HR compliance:
- Ensure compliance of HR legislations, Scania policies, safety regulations, BU policies, collective agreements and guidelines as well as labour relation.
Manage the HR team:
- Lead, motivate and manage the team in order to deliver high-quality and timely service to the organization.
Health & Safety development:
- Coordinate work on Health and Safety direction;
- Ensure and support implementation of safety and health policies, procedures and regulations in daily work.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education in HR area
- Relevant business knowledge and 5+ experience in a similar role
- Extensive managerial and leadership experience preferably in the heavy vehicle or a related B2B industry
- English - advanced level
