SCANIA SINGAPORE, 1st of July, 2015: Scania Singapore has launched a new +65 6591 7180 hotline to Scania Assistance with a new system in place on the 1st of July, 2015. It is an English and Malay language operator-based call-centre that operates 24/7, 365 days a year. The improved call-centre system allows Scania to track and follow-up on the status of customers’ case from start to completion; keeping customers informed throughout the entire process. This allows customers to plan and reorganise their fleet movements better in the event of a particular vehicle needing assistance.
Supported by professional customer service personnel, a fleet of standby-service vans and highly-trained and experienced technicians, we can connect customers to our wide network of workshops; even in Malaysia.
