Quality Policy
Purpose and Scope
This policy states our company-wide commitment to deliver products and services that meet or exceed customer, statutory and regulatory needs, while continually improving a lean, data-driven Integrated Management System. It is the framework for setting and reviewing measurable quality objectives and supports our wider sustainability goals.
In line with ISO 9001:2015 and the 2024 climate action amendment, we consider climate change as a relevant external factor in our strategic planning and risk and opportunity management.
Our quality approach is grounded in continuous improvement, demand-driven value creation, and a culture where people work in roles that match their competencies and responsibilities, enabling accountability, engagement, and long-term performance. We believe quality is delivered through clearly defined ways-of-working, cross functionality, strong teamwork, and daily problem-solving, which establishes a continuous improvement mindset.
Policy Statement
Mission
We design and manufacture high-performance battery systems for industrial applications, advancing Europe’s shift to renewable energy with a focus on sustainable impact.
Company-wide commitments
To translate the policy into daily practice, we make the following pledges:
· Deliver high-performing, safe and compliant solutions that consistently meet or exceed customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements, guided by clear standards and customer needs.
· Work effective, efficient and data-driven - digital tools and automation guide decisions, remove waste and accelerate delivery.
· Enable every colleague to take ownership for quality by halting non-conforming work, raising concerns, and contributing to improvements, collaboration and accountability are built into our way of working.
· Improve continuously by using fast feedback loops, small-scale experimentation, and clear objectives to drive product and process development.
· Advance sustainability by reducing lifecycle CO₂ and maximising recyclability wherever possible.
Roles & responsibilities
To turn this policy into daily action, each layer of the organisation has a clear and focused responsibility:
· Everyone – contribute to quality by following defined, effective ways-of-working that support customer-focused outcomes. Identify and act on risks and opportunities, stop non-conforming work, and speak up with improvement ideas. Help uphold a culture of shared responsibility where value is created through purposeful, meaningful work.
· Quality function – maintain a lean, digital, and standards-based Integrated Management System (IMS); support teams with coaching and tools; visualize performance; and drive structured problem-solving.
· Leadership (VP & Management) – secure the conditions for success by resourcing the IMS, setting and reviewing objectives, enabling team collaboration, and actively engaging in performance and risk reviews.
· Board – endorse the policy, monitor overall system effectiveness, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Implementation & Transparency
This Quality Policy is published on our intranet and website, featured in onboarding, and reviewed at every management-review cycle. Live dashboards let employees, suppliers and customers track our quality objectives on request. We update the policy whenever our strategy or context changes to keep it relevant and effective.
