parts assistant
Requirement:
- Male or Female, 25-35 y/o
- College Graduate (Business Management, Computer/IT )
- With at least three years of relevant work experience in Parts, Warehousing and Logistics.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Warehouse and Logistics procedures and practices; knows how to classify parts.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Can operate warehouse equipment
- Willing to work in Balintawak, Quezon City or San Simon, Pampanga
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and Analyze Parts / Materials requisition from Service Dept. / Counter to ensure the correct parts number(s), specification applicable to units being repaired (i.e. Parts modification, footnote application, special version application) and check the availability of parts in the system/warehouse
- Prepares the Material Requisition or Parts Withdrawal form in the system for the needed part/s
- Handle daily customer inquiries with the use of the telephone and the Parts Catalog to ensure accuracy of parts and advise customers of availability of the parts needed
- Provides parts estimates / quotation as required by the workshop and OTC customer
- Identify parts / materials for stocking and determine the number of quantities for re-ordering
- Maintains a complete and orderly file of all documents related to the function
- Submits monthly report such as Lost Sales report, No. of quotations converted to Sales and the like
- Performs whatever function that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
