Milton Keynes, UK, 15 April 2024: Scania Family returns for a fifth season in the UK, with this series focusing on the Scania’s Power Solutions customers.

Three years on from Scania UK opening its doors to give the public a glimpse into our world and the lives of our people and customers, the series is back with a new focus.

This time we open the doors to our secret world of Power Solutions and, in particular, two marine customers who rely on Scania’s engines and support network to keep their operations moving.

Only available on Scania UK’s website and YouTube channel, the two episodes share the passion and determination of the people who are constantly striving to keep the UK moving and safe, and how Scania helps them on their way.

This fifth series continues the Scania UK story as we meet the ferry company keeping the residents of Gosport and Portsmouth moving, and the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) – the charity that saves lives at sea.

The first series gave the public insight into the lives of the frontline team tasked with keeping Scotland moving, as well as the challenges of moving a branch to a new location.

Series two focused more on our truck customers and getting to know their operations better and some of the challenges they face going forwards.

Scania Assistance was the hero of series three, as we gave viewers insight into this vital service, as they celebrate their 25th anniversary.

And last year our Bus and Coach customers were the heroes of series four, as we travelled across the country to meet the businesses keeping people moving up and down the UK.

While a one-off episode was filmed to celebrate franchised partner TruckEast opening their latest branch near Bury St. Edmunds in 2022.
