What should I do if my personal information changes? 

If any of your details change such as your name, address or contact details, you can email Sales Support at salessupport.sfgb@scania.com to have these updated.

What should I do if my bank account changes?

If your bank account details change, please let us know as soon as possible so it does not affect your monthly payments, by completing a new direct debit mandate form here and emailing Credit Control at creditcontrol.sfgb@scania.com

How can I make a payment?

To make a payment you can contact Credit Control by calling 01908 487 561, alternatively, you can make a payment online

Can I change my payment date/direct debit?

For changes to direct debit payment dates you can contact Credit Control by email at creditcontrol.sfgb@scania.com  or by calling 01908 487 561 for assistance.

How do I find out about my outstanding balance? 

You can find out how much is outstanding on your finance agreement by contacting Credit Control by email at creditcontrol.sfgb@scania.com or by calling 01908 487 561.

What is my monthly payment? 

Your monthly payments are detailed on your finance agreement if you have any questions about your monthly payments contact Sales Support by email at salessupport.sfgb@scania.com or by calling 01908 487 540.

My account is in arrears, how do I make a payment?

If your account is in arrears you can make a debit card payment over the phone by calling Credit Control on 01908 487 561, alternatively, you can make a payment online here

What happens to my direct debit at the end of my agreement?

Once we have received your last payment no further requests for payments will be made, we do recommend that you contact your bank to cancel your direct debit mandate.

Can I have a copy of my documents?

If you would like to request a copy of your finance agreement you can contact Sales Support by email at salessupport.sfgb@scania.com or by calling 01908 487 540 for assistance. 

Do I need to let you know if I change of Registration Number? 

When changing your vehicle registration plates, you need to let us know by contacting Credit Control by email at creditcontrol.sfgb@scania.com or by calling 01908 487 561. 

I'm experiencing financial difficulties, what should I do about my agreement?

Is it possible to restructure my finance agreement?

Can I transfer a finance agreement?

Will I receive an Annual VAT Invoice?

Annual VAT Invoices are provided annually on the anniversary of when your agreement went live. These are sent in the post to the address on file.

How do I request a settlement figure?

What is your bereavement process?

Arranging the financial affairs after the death of someone can be difficult and that’s why we want to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible for you.

Please send us a copy of the death certificate along with the executor details to Credit Control by email at creditcontrol.sfgb@scania.com 

We will use this information to update the account and send you a letter explaining the options available for the finance agreement. If you would like to talk to someone about your finance agreement options, you can contact Credit Control by calling 01908 487 561 for assistance.

Insurance claim, who do I contact?

How do I voluntary terminate my agreement?

How do I obtain HPI Clearance?

If you require HPI clearance you can contact Credit Control by email at creditcontrol.sfgb@scania.com for assistance.

How do I obtain a copy of my personal information?

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. Please contact us at dataprotection.finance@scania.com and mark your request “DSAR”.

We may be unable to provide a copy of certain information if it concerns other individuals or if we have some other legal reason to withhold the information.
