Scania New Zealand gives notice to service dealer partner

Scania New Zealand GIVES NOTICE TO SERVICE DEALER PARTNER.
Scania New Zealand has today announced it will end its long standing relationship with CablePrice, an approved service dealer across 10 nation-wide locations.
“We would like to thank CablePrice for the service it has provided to Scania’s New Zealand network and look forward to continuing this relationship through to August 2022” says Scania New Zealand Managing Director, Mattias Lundholm.
Lundholm wants to assure Scania customers they will experience a seamless transition to new servicing arrangements, and it is ‘business as usual’ with CablePrice dealerships for the immediate future due to a two year notice-period as part of the termination.
“Through-out this transition period our customers will also continue to be well supported by Scania’s dedicated team of Independent Dealers across our existing network.
“Scania’s renowned quality customer service remains our top priority,” says Lundholm.
“We will be making a further announcement very soon to provide more information and timelines around Scania’s future presence in New Zealand.
Lundholm says Scania New Zealand is about to enter a very exciting period.
“It is time for us to take things to the next level. Scania is a premium brand with a focus on customer service and delivery to match. We are moving forward with great anticipation and confidence.”
