It was an exciting and thrilling weekend at the Total Motorshow which took place on June 29- July 1 at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre. The three-day auto show organized by the Kenya Motor Industry Association (KMI) in partnership with Total Kenya gave ‘motorheads’ the opportunity to see the latest car models, bikes, trucks, buses, parts and accessories all under one roof.
At the event we showcased the Scania Higer A80 bus which was a crowd puller, giving visitors the chance of experiencing the luxury the bus has to offer. Our G460 and P360 truck models were also on display at the event, showcasing our truck line-up and the various applications and solutions we have for every industry.
Road safety is vital
Road safety being the theme of this year's edition gave exhibitors the opportunity of showcasing how road safety is incorporated in their products and services. “Safety is paramount to all of us”, explained Anne-Solange Renouard, Total Kenya’s Managing Director, during her address at the opening ceremony of the event. Road safety is an important element in our industry and as key players, we have the responsibility of ensuring that the safety of individuals is taken into consideration when developing our products.
