Scania Is Here To Stay
Today, Scania East Africa has signed off on a KES 1 billion project for the construction of its new state of the art facility in Mlolongo, Nairobi. The new facility, comprising of a fully equipped workshop with the latest computerised diagnostic equipment and tools, a parts and a service centre as part of the company’s commitment to the region.
The facility will also incorporate green technology in line with the company’s commitment to sustainability as part of its business practice and its vision of driving the shift towards a sustainable future. The project which is scheduled to be completed by October 2021, will enable the company to enhance its service offering to customers in maximizing their business returns, provide job opportunities to the local community and set the bar even higher in the automotive industry in East Africa.

Scania East Africa has partnered with Ark Construction Limited who have a remarkable reputation in delivering high quality projects for their clients, to construct the new facility.
