As Scania hosts the 2014–2015 Young European Truck Driver final, the City of Södertälje is gearing to receive the many thousands of visitors that will converge there this weekend.
Scania was founded in Södertälje nearly 125 years ago and is still headquartered there with its head office, major manufacturing and assembly operations as well as its extensive research and development. The concentration of activities to Södertälje with the proximity between design engineering and production gives Scania a unique advantage in ensuring quality.
Södertälje’s Mayor Boel Godner takes this opportunity to welcome European visitors and guests from near and afar.
