The area of Supply Chain Management involves creating strategic plans and running activities with the objective to improve the sustainable footprint, quality, delivery precision and overall costs for all our products and services. When working as an industrial engineer, cross-functional contacts is a key for the outcome within in a broad number of working areas, such as choosing the right logistics methods within the whole supply chain, automation and other technical production solutions, preparations for introduction of new products, management of investment projects etc.

 

Electrification of our products are one out of many areas where young potentials within Supply Chain Management & Industrial Engineering will play a key role in making Scania even stronger in the future.
