Scania Global Champion Trainee Program

Scania Global Champion Trainee Program is an excellent start to your career and will provide you with the network and knowledge you need to become a future leader in Scania’s global organisation.

The program is a cross functional cooperation within TRATON Group and aims to give you a comprehensive understanding of our diverse organisation. You will be employed from day one and the program will alternate between practical work and theory, giving you the chance to gain useful contacts and develop a broad level of competence.

The program starts in August 2020 and takes place during 15 months with a possible additional 3 months module within TRATON Group. The program includes four different rotations, one of the rotations will take place within TRATON GROUP and one will take place within the Scania commercial organisation. At least one of the rotations will be placed abroad.

Scania Global Champion Trainee Program has a number of different areas of specializations, which reflect Scania’s different areas of operation. Please choose your area of interest in the application form.

• Production and Logistics*

*Please note that if you are interested in Production and Logistics you can apply for a graduate trainee position in Södertälje or Oskarshamn in Sweden, Slupsk in Poland or Zwolle in Netherlands

Scania Global Champion Trainee Program is addressed to you who hold a Master degree, or will finish by July 2020, and have a maximum of one year’s work experience.

Previous leadership and/or international experience is meritorious and English is compulsory.
