The Scania Global Champion Trainee Program provides a unique start to your career and a great opportunity to develop into a leader in our global organisation. We offer a modern and international program, which will give you a broad network and a holistic view of Scania as well as the TRATON Group.
The program is 15 months and starts with six joint introduction weeks including practical workshop experience. Early on, you will also have lectures, go on study visits and get a truck driver’s license. This is followed by a combination of four periods of internships within TRATON Group and the Scania global commercial organisation in Europe, at least one of the rotations will be placed abroad.
You should be prepared for a personal challenge and to develop in a value driven organisation with the focus on driving the shift towards sustainable transport solutions. The program prepares you to become a leader in an international environment.
When applying you choose your area of interest from the ones you see below. If you are interested in Production & Logistics, you can apply for a trainee position in Södertälje or Oskarshamn. All the other positions are placed in Södertälje.

The Scania Global Champion Trainee Program is for Master students in Engineering, Information systems, Business and Economics or Human Resources. To attend this program you are close to completing or have just completed your studies and have maximum one year work experience.
If you have previous leadership and/or international experience it is meritorious. Since the program is international, good language skills are essential and English is compulsory.
In the selection process, we look at the combination of your experience, capacity, interests, personal qualities and formal education. We are looking for a driven person with leadership skills who wants to be part of and contribute to Scania’s continuous work as a world leading provider of transport solutions.
