To support in this journey we are now recruiting to our Project Office team (PMO) within the function, Finance Way & Innovation Office.

As a PMO Coordinator you will be one of the key players when developing the new project portfolio and you ensure that changes are aligned with expectations and involvement with stakeholders. You will work in tight cooperation with the Head of PMO when developing F&BC’s new project portfolio. The position offers the opportunity to work in a challenging environment with a great diversity of stakeholders.

You will be part of a great PMO team that includes yourself and F&BC’s project managers.

Knowledge and experience required

Are you an ambitious person interested in developing and improving our project portfolio and set new ways of working? Are you the one that honours illustrating the bigger picture in order to make the details understood? We are looking for you that has an academic background from finance or IT and 2—4 years’ experience as project/program manager or experience as a portfolio/PMO lead. You are skilled in agile methods in terms of portfolio management and are used to facilitate issues, preparing and presenting decision material to senior management. The work includes international contacts, so you communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.

As a person you are pro-active, communicative and finds it easy to take on the lead in different areas. You are analytical in combination with seeing possibilities rather than difficulties. Your colleagues and stakeholders holds you as an accountable person. You are structured and strong in cross-functional work. You get energized by challenges!
