    The Ghana Prisons Service Council under the leadership of its Chairman Rev. Dr. Stephen Wengam took receipt of this bus from the Managing Director for Scania West Africa. Also present were former and current Ministers of Transport, Deputy Minister of Interior, Chief Directors from both ministries, the Ghana Prisons Service Directorate and members from the media community.
