Baltics Charging Manager

In this specialist role, you will be the lead in developing and implementing electric vehicle charging solutions to facilitate sales for eMobility across Scania Truck, Bus & Coach, and Power Solutions. You act as Scania Baltics charging solutions expert for Scania’s customers, employees, and partners.
Your main tasks include:
Drive the focus and development of electric vehicle charging solutions and be the trusted advisor;
Planned, coordinated, and monitored public and depot charging solutions project implementation with construction contractors and other partners;
Develop, implement, and promote Scania’s Sustainable Solutions portfolio of products, services, and solutions for Battery Electric Truck and Bus Charging;
Analyse electric trucks and bus charging solutions requirements working in close co-operation with Scania Baltics Sales Team and partners;
Build a selection of local Charging Solutions Portfolio for Scania Baltics Business Unit;
Share eMobility and charging solutions information by promoting, supporting, and training the local Baltic colleagues;
Be connected to the Scania Global Charging organization and colleagues in similar positions at other Business Units, to receive and share information and good practices, etc;
Drive and participate in consultative sales by the customer’s need for eMobility and Charging solutions;
Contribute to indirect lobbying activities like participating in panels, chambers, advisory groups, and NGOs. Pursuing speaking engagements in forums connected to urban environment, carbon emissions, smart city, big data, etc.

Electrical Engineer with a higher degree;
Previous work experience in implementing electric vehicle charging solutions with multiple partners is an advantage;
Project management experience in Energy and/or Infrastructure projects;
Fluency in Estonian and English;
B category driving license;
Strategical thinking and experience in leading change;
Strong analytical skills supported by Excel skills;
Excellent communicator who enjoys teaching and coaching.
