Receptionist
Location: Shanghai
Personal Requirements:

· Good at planning; logical and flexibility
· Good computer skills in MS Windows, MS Office, and internet platform, etc.
The Main Responsibilities:
· Pick up phone calls record the phone call messages on the switchboard and forward to the correct persons
· Receive and send fax
· To collect and distribute the postage stuff and express mails
· Subscriptions
· Office daily booking ( flights; hotels; conference room, etc.)
· Visitors' reception(introduction; other necessary arrangement; etc.)
· To order office stationary and other daily office consumptions
· To arrange and plan company’s cars daily usage shuttle
· To keep in touch with office property management office and office stuff suppliers
· Keep office equipment maintenance
· To collect, check and allocate monthly office bills(office expense: phone bills, office consumptions, etc.) and inform Accounting Dept. for the payments on time
· Business card ordering and printing;office Contact List updates periodically
· Visa application for customers and visitors from abroad
· Assisting on telecommunication matters
· To arrange and coordinate office activities ( monthly birthday star party, etc)
· To support and coordinate other department (hotline weekly transfer of Service Dept.)
· Other related office administrative work
