Be responsible for the Program of Learning & Development implement and other training implement according to learning catalogue.
Coordinating training requirements investigating according to company’s strategy；
Maintain good communication with the headquarter academy and achieve localized training delivery and implementation
Maintain and develop locally appropriate internal training courses and standardize implementation；
Training deliver supporting and training date summary, ensure training completion rate；
Daily training data management and training report summary；
Support L&D related projects；
Responsible for the maintenance of the internal training platform;
Good team communication and daily management；
Responsible for other tasks assigned by the Supervisor；
- Bachelor degree and above
- Above 5 years experience in a multinational company is preferred
