Your New Role

Supervise corporate tax team in all tax-related areas for 6 entities, ensure tax compliance, manage tax daily work and subsidy application.

Your Main Tasks

Develop and implement policy and procedure to mitigate tax compliance risk, especially China statutory requirements.

Maintain effective and efficient tax control in business areas, including purchase, manufacturing, logistic and sales.

Conduct research for tax policy and regulation, foresee potential impact on business and take countermeasure.

Design and develop tax training.

Partner with function teams and provide constructive advice to fulfill business demand.

Build and maintain transparent and trustworthy relationship with tax and other authorities.

Work with audit firm for tax audit, project and EIT filing.

Improve team’s competence.

Liaise with external stakeholders for refund, subsidy application, etc.

Your Profile

You have minimum 5 years tax experience in multinational company.

You are major in Tax or Finance with Bachelor degree, 211/985 preferred.

You are an experienced leader with a passion to develop people and organizations.

You are proficient in both spoken and written English.

You need to have good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
