Senior Technical advisor
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
-Develop the governance function for Scania Technical regulations for Production Equipment adapted for the production process in Scania Production China, Jiangsu Province, Rugao.
-See to that the guidelines and regulations adhere to Scania central TFP demands, and at the same time comply to China demands.
-Within the scope is to monitor the environmental changes and development to continuously comply to regulations and legal requirements for risk control and compliance, on the production equipment.
-Continuously improve the standard to meet high quality within our process, ensure high robustness and reliability within production equipment and also meet the cost targets.
-Establish network within own process to create responsibility for the different areas of expertise for TFP.
-Establish needed network with institutions, universities, society to monitor and develop the needed regulations.
-Develop an improvement group with expert responsible for different area within in TFP and produce a TFP China with continuous administration and improvement.
-Support all production areas in a systematic way of inspection and take-over of new production equipment.

Education and/or Experience教育和经历
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, major in mechanical/ electrical or automatic related preferred.
-Been part of start-up of a new factory is a merit
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities知识、技巧和能力
-Fluent in Chinese and English in speech and writing
-In-depth knowledge of laws, standards and regulations regarding machinery and production equipment in China, Rugao area, Jiangsu region and the EU.
-PSM/Process Safety Management
-Plant Electric Safety
-Pressure Vessel and Material
