To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

Normal operation of import and export business

Handle customs inspection during the declaration

Archive all import and export declaration documents according to Customs regulation and AEO requirements

Communication with forwarder/broker and stakeholders to make sure documents prepared before shipment arrival

Work closely with broker to ensure that all procedures are in compliance with customs law and regulations, including E-book and general trading of spare parts, equipment and trucks

Prepare and take care of tax exemption of import equipment

Application of country of origin and license such as export license

Be familiar with E-book or handbook

进出口业务的正常运作

在申报过程中处理海关检查

根据海关规定和AEO要求，将所有进出口申报文件存档

与货代/经纪人和利益相关者沟通，确保在货物到达前准备好文件

与经纪人紧密合作，确保所有程序都符合海关法律和法规，包括电子书和一般备件、设备和卡车的交易

准备和处理进口设备的免税事宜

申请原产国和许可证，如出口许可证

熟悉电子书或手册的内容

Education and/or Experience教育和经历

Bachelor degree major in International trade or supply chain management

Familiar with Customs law and regulations

At least three years working experience with import and export

English skill is preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities知识、技巧和能力

Working in automotive industrial is preferred

Be familiar with AEO application and Customs system
