Governance of our SPS by developing, maintaining, and continuously improving methods.
Lead the SPS development team in Scania Production China.
Support the project team and the local organization in SPS development, SPS support, SPS network and educate leaders within SPS.
Prepare and train employees for operational readiness regarding culture behaviors and way of working.
Coach & support the organization with SPS expertise to meet challenging targets.
Develop people by providing practical experience to build and develop their SPS skills.
Assist and complement the Production organization in the Strategic Plan Deployment.
Lead and coordinate sustainable initiatives within Production.
5+ years’ experience leader in change management working with lean, six sigma, WCM (World Class Manufacturing), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or similar.
Has worked as a manager.
Speak and wright fluent in English.
Has a university degree
The candidate must have at least 5 years of proven experience with lean methodologies and leadership experience is seen as an advantage.
Worked with setting up new businesses, factories, organizations before. Worked in an international company. Manufacturing process background. Automotive process background.
