- Implement and Develop Scania Production System methods
- Understand and educate the organisation in working according to the Scania Production System and it's methods
- Develop and coach the organization in Lean and Kaizen methodology

- 理解并教育组织按照斯堪尼亚生产系统及其方法进行工作
- 发展和指导组织的精益和Kaizen方法
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 为了能够胜任此职位，担任此职位工作的个人至少满足以下条件。
-Academic degree (probably a master of science within Engineering or Logistics)
-Ability to fluently communicate in both Chinese & English, both written and spoken English is extra qualifying.
