Design engineer to be part of the Quick team, being the link between production and R&D. The main task is to handle deviations found on production line by implementing short term solution within 24 hours. Also responsible of finding the true root causes and eliminating them to secure the deviation from not being able to reoccur by a long term solution implemented.
设计工程师是快速团队的一员，是生产和研发之间的纽带。主要任务是通过在24小时内实施短期解决方案来处理生产线上发现的偏差。还负责找到真正的根本原因并加以消除，以确保通过实施长期解决方案避免偏差再次发生。
You will be part of a cross functional team with colleagues from production, purchase, R&D and more.
您将与生产、采购、研发等部门的同事组成一个跨职能团队。
Key competence: Engineer with Catia CAD skills, courious, problem solving skill, communicative in English both text and speak，fluent English.
关键能力：具有Catia CAD技能的工程师，良好的解决问题的能力，能用英语进行文字和口语流利交流。
Relevant work experience: 0-5 years
相关工作经验：0-5年
Major studied：Mechanical engineering and related majors
专业：机械工程及相关专业
Educational background Bachelor degree or above，Master is prefect.
