Minimum 12 years in automotive Industry working with mechanical design

Automotive mechanical for interior Truck cabs or passenger car components. Seats, Instrument panel, Panels, floor systems, beds, HVAC or climate system.Have lead part or system development lead engineer, project leader or manager roles.

Planning development, team building, team management, budget management.Good communication with stakeholders from different areas. Previous experience in big projects in the automotive industry working in a management role.Automotive Development Process in general: technical documentation, main milestones such as releases, PPAP etc. Have basic understanding about agile work methods

English Advanced (daily communication with Swedish team)

Mechanical /Automotive Engineering. B.Sc or M.Sc.

Daimler, Volvo, FAW, Foton, BYD, Sinotruk, passanger car manufactures (VW, Geely)
