Project Assistant (admin support)
Main Assignments & Job Responsibility
-Financial control of the work （General Constructor′s measurements）.
-Receiving, register and sending invoices for payment.
-Weekly payments Follow Up.
-Minutes of follow up meetings.
-Organization of documents for future audits.
-Supplies Access controls.
-Collect the process of construction and present the construction status （weekly and monthly report）
-Support the internal and external about Safety, Health, Environment issues and supervise the implementation of relevant rectifications.
Requirements & Competencies
-Good project management skills and communication
-College education with relevant qualification
-Minimum 4 years in similar function
-Experience of coordinationg project and leading large industrial establishments
-Fluent in English, both in speech and in writing
-Good office software skills
