The PowerSoultions Service manager in Scania China PowerSoultions department shall ensure that Scania engines or products receive Scania standard service and service solution in cooperation with OEMs partners; develop service network in cooperation with other internal departments; handle service issues related to OEMs partners and manage the department for OEM service relations.

动力解决方案将与主机厂客户以及合作伙伴协调合作确保斯堪尼亚的工业发动机或产品得到斯堪尼亚标准的服务解决方案；与其它内部部门合作发展斯堪尼亚服务网络；处理主机厂客户以及合作伙伴相关的发动机服务问题。

Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks) 职业能力（职责与任务）

1.OEMs engine Service 主机厂发动机服务

• OEM’s and special engine service issues coordination 主机厂发动机服务相关事项的协调

• OEM’s engine quality improvement issues coordination 主机厂发动机质量改进工作协调

• Report and summary key service figures related to OEMs& business partners 报告和汇总与主机厂客户及合作伙伴相关的关键服务数据

• OEMs’ and business partners’ goodwill handling 主机厂及合作伙伴善意索赔的处理

2.Involved in Network Development 参与发展经销商网络

• Improve existing service network and cooperate in the area where no dealer or service point exist with PS network development policy. 按照斯堪尼亚动力解决方案事业部网络发展要求，提升目前的服务网络，并在没有经销商或服务网点的区域发展经销商网络

3.Implement other service projects 其它服务项目

Desirable experience & qualifications

• Engineer degree or similar from engine industry or Off-road machinery industry 发动机行业或非道路机械行业的工程师专业或相关专业
• Previous experience from engine industry or Off-road machinery industry 发动机行业或非道路机械行业的经验
• Priority given to those with experience in Off-road machinery industry or engine services.有非道路机械行业或者发动机服务行业经验的优先
• Good in Spoken and written technical English 技术英语的口语和书写能力
