胜任此项职位，需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责:
- Play a key role in the chassis project management office with the task to compile project-/time plans, analyse and
identify deviations against agreed plans.
- Prepare decision meetings, represent the project team in cross functional meetings, present status and follow
up project milestones and the financial costs.
- Support the project manager for P&L and work closely together with the part-project teams, Core Team and
other work streams within Industrial operations Asia.
- Will coordinate the overall time plan for P&L Chassis, close together with PMOs from each unit, Engine, Cab, Transmission, Maintenance, P&L Project
- 在底盘项目管理办公室发挥关键作用，负责编制项目/时间计划，分析并确定与商定计划的偏差。
识别与商定计划的偏差。
- 准备决策会议，代表项目组参加跨职能会议，介绍情况并跟进项目里程碑和财务费用。
项目里程碑和财务成本。
- 为项目经理提供损益方面的支持，并与部分项目团队、核心团队和亚洲工业运营部的其他工作流紧密合作。

- 将协调P&L底盘的整体时间计划，与各单位的PMO（发动机、驾驶室、变速器、维修、P&L项目）紧密合作。
