？ Support relocation process of expatriates such as visa, work and residence permit, house searching and school etc.

支持国外派遣员工或者本地外籍的安家流程比如工作证，居留许可，找房及学校等

？ Support Chinese employees with outbound visa application to abroad

支持中国员工出国的签证办理

？ Regular manage active foreigners’ request

处理外籍同事的需求

？ Working closely with team members to deliver best service to expatriates

和团队成员密切合作以求提供最优服务给外籍员工

？ Flexible, adaptable on working time management

在工作时间上弹性，可适应性强

？ Other task assigned by manager

Education and/or Experience

教育和经历

-Bachelor’s degree

-全日制本科学历

-1-2 years related working experience in same industry or immigration consulting company

-1-2年以上同岗位工作经历或者签证咨询公司经历

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

知识、技巧和能力

- Service oriented and hopeful ,high sense of responsibilities ;

服务意识强，乐于助人，有较强的额责任心；

- Good communication and interpersonal skills;

良好的沟通能力和人际关系技巧；

- Be familiar with Office Software Word, Excel, Powerpoint;

熟悉办公软件Word, Excel, Powerpoint;

- Fluent English （spoken and written）

流利的英语；

- Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

有效的时间管理技能和在较严格的期限完工作的能力
