- Training new logistics technician and operators

培训新入职的物流技术员和物流操作工

- Logistic Preparation to introduce new parts to new projects and process

- Prepare Element sheets, platforms layouts, logistic process and modular solutions

物料单、备料区域和物流流程的更新

- Responsible for storage, moving and handling of materials, packages and products.

负责物料、包装和产品的存储、转运和其它操作

- Separate/repack right material and deliver to right position according to production requirement

根据生产需求将正确的物料分包和运送到正确的生产工位

- Ensure material or packages loading, unloading, moving and handling operation is in accordance with internal traffic and safety rules

确保所有物料和包装器具的装卸、转运和其它操作符合安全规则和厂内交通规则。

- Register logistics operation deviations, fix the issue with support from colleagues, ensure logistics service quality

记录物流作业异常，与相关同事共同解决问题，确保物流服务质量。

- Guarantee goods receiving and dispatch accuracy via counting, weighing and documents checking

基于点数或者称重、单据检查，确保物料接收和配送的准确性

- Check and validate / improve logistics internal flows

检查、判断和改善物流内部流程

- Check and Test logistics equipment together with engineer logistics team

与物流工程师共同检查和测试相关物流设备

- Work balance analyses / Improvement together with Logistics Engineer.

与物流工程师共同分析和改善物流作业效率

- Logistics Flows Simulation
