-Rich domestic and foreign laws and regulations, factory access, production consistency management, and practical experience

丰富的国内外法规、工厂准入、生产一致性管理、实践经验

-Responsible for the process establish and execution of the factory approval to ensure that the whole process comply with the relevant regulatory requirements of the authorities.

负责工厂准入程序的建立实施，确保符合当局相关法规要求；

-Determine the latest requirements of regulations and standards, plan and organize various departments of the company to respond to implementation.

确定法规标准的最新要求，策划、组织公司各部门应对实施；

-Responsible for organizing and reviewing all relevant control plans and reports of various departments and submitting them to regulatory agencies for approval.

负责组织、评审各部门控制计划、报告，提交监管机构批准；

-Responsible for communicating with regulatory agencies, organizing and planning internal and external audits; responsible for organizing and coordinating and passing the factory approval audit of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology

负责与监管机构沟通，组织、策划内外部审核；组织协调并通过国家工信部工厂准入审核

-Responsible for collecting domestic and foreign related policies and regulations information and passing it to relevant departments of the company.

负责收集国内外相关政策法规信息并传递给公司相关部门；

-Responsible for organizing relevant teams to interpret and train the knowledge of related regulations.

负责组织相关团队相关法规知识进行解读、培训；

-Responsible for taking the lead in organizing government inspections and factory inspections.

负责牵头组织政府抽检、工厂检查事项应对；

Education and/or Experience教育和经历

-Master's or bachelor's degree

-硕士或本科学历业

-8+ years factory approval related working experience in automotive industry

-8年以上汽车行业工厂准入相关工作经验

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities知识、技巧和能力

-Rich domestic and foreign laws and regulations, factory approval, and practical experience

丰富的国内外法规、工厂准入、实践经验

-Good relationship between government, certification agency and testing agency, able to independently establish the company's relevant system

良好的政府、认证机构、检测机构关系，能独立建立公司相关体系

-Excellent process and systematic thinking, with strong team building and business development capabilities

优秀的过程和系统性思维，具备较强的团队建立和业务开拓能力

-Excellent structured problem-solving skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams, strong communication skills

优秀的结构化问题解决能力和影响跨职能团队的能力，沟通能力强

-Excellent goal and planning

-Good time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
