HR Business Partners at Scania act as operational and strategic partners in management groups. The main responsibilities for HRBPs’ are to support managers, organisation and employees in HR related questions, to develop a sustainable, productive and balanced work environment, as well as support the organization in topics connected with local labour regulations and policies. In this way HRBPs’ enable fulfilment of Scania’s business goals and that Scania acts and is perceived as a top employer.
