As a Group Manager you will be responsible recruit, organize and lead a group of 20-25 employees in daily operations.

Since Scanias 3rd industrial hub is still under development you will be a key person in connecting production with the equipment installation projects.

You will also be a key person in coordinating training and preparation for team.

In the manager role you function as a leader and a coach in the application of the Scania Production System and our local way of work.

Your present leadership will define achieved results of the group. You will be responsible for working environment, quality and productivity in your process.

作为集团经理，你将负责招聘、组织和领导一个由20-25名员工组成的小组进行日常运作。

Education and/or Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, major in mechanical/ electrical or automatic related preferred.

-Project work

-Been part of start-up of a new factory is a merit

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

知识、技巧和能力

-Fluent in Chinese and English in speech and writing

-Very good general knowledge of PC and Office 365

-Good knowledge of legal requirements in Cab

-Good knowledge of local requirements in Cab
