Responsible for fire and emergency management, identify and eliminate fire risks, ensure all the activities comply with laws and regulations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

-Identify applicable relevant fire laws, regulations and standards, and ensure compliance deviations are identified and corrected in a timely manner.

-Organize fire risk identification and urge the formulation and implementation of preventive measures.

-Assist to establish and improve and implement the unit fire related management system, operation procedures.

-To carry out emergency management, prepare emergency plans and conduct regular drills.

-Carry out fire safety training, publicity and education, organize fire safety publicity month and other activities.

-Organize and carry out fire inspection and fire patrol, eliminate fire hazards and correct unsafe behaviors.

-Manage hot work and other special work.

-Supervise and implement the maintenance of the company's fire-fighting facilities and equipment to ensure good condition and effectiveness.

-Assist the project department to manage the new renovation and expansion project to ensure that the fire safety requirements are met.

-Set up volunteer fire brigade, miniature fire station, carry out skills training.

-Organize or participate in the emergency rescue of the unit.

-To investigate and handle fire alarm and fire accident according to relevant regulations.

-Establish and improve enterprise fire protection files.

-Coordinate work with government departments.

-识别适用的相关消防法律、法规和标准，确保及时发现并纠正合规偏差。

-组织火灾风险识别，督促制定和落实防范措施。

-协助建立和完善并实施本单位消防相关管理制度、操作规程。

-开展应急管理，编制应急预案，定期开展演练。

-开展消防安全培训、宣传和教育，组织开展消防安全宣传月等活动。

-组织开展防火检查和防火巡查，消除火灾隐患，纠正不安全行为。

-管理高温作业和其他特殊作业。

-监督和落实公司消防设施和设备的维护保养工作，确保消防设施和设备的良好状态和有效性。

-协助项目部管理新改扩建项目，确保达到消防安全要求。

-组建志愿消防队、微型消防站，开展技能培训。

-组织或参与本单位的应急救援工作。

-按照有关规定调查处理火灾报警和火灾事故。

-建立和完善企业消防档案。

-协调与政府部门的工作。

Education and/or Experience教育和经历

-University education with relevant medical qualification

(Fire Prevention Engineering, Fire Safety Investigation, Emergency Rescue Command & Technology, Safety Sciences & Engineering, Chemical Sciences, Chemical, Mechanics, Machine Science, Materials, Energy & Power, Electrical Sciences, Civil Engineering)

-Basic knowledge of Fire control.

-Good digital, analytical, problem-solving skills.

-Good interpersonal, communication and training skill.

-Good office software skills.

-Enthusiastic in work and strong sense and responsibility.

-Workable English.

-Level 1 Certified Fire Engineer is preferred.
