In this role, you will be a bridge to partner with IT, collaborate to design, implement and develop Roadmap and architecture of financial application with business functions.

Deliver bidirectional information and insight between stakeholders.

Professional Competencies (Duties and Tasks) 专业能力（职责和任务）

- Provide financial expertise for Roadmap and architecture of financial application, build financial idea into application and system to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- Participate in Pre-study and design stage, introduce and circulate local policy and practice to IT and project team, identify and evaluate potential risks, analyze and assess specific and customized demands, test and modify process if needed.

- Oversee implementation of process, deeply dive into each deviation in specific cycle and process, optimize and replenish process if necessary.

- Facilitate data use for analysis purpose, deliver analysis demands to IT and business functions.

Desirable experience and qualifications任职资格

- Minimum 3 years finance experience in international company.

- 至少3年国际公司的财务经验。

- Major in Finance or accounting with Bachelor degree, 985/211 preferred.

- 财务或会计学士学位，985/211为佳。

- Good understanding and solid knowledge in ERP, SAP or Oracle is plus.

- 对ERP，SAP或甲骨文的良好理解和扎实的知识是加分项。

- Proven SAP or Oracle go-live experience is preferred.

- 有经过验证的 SAP 或甲骨文上线经验者优先。

- Good oral and written English.
