To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:胜任此项职位，需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责：
-Develop and produce teaching and learning materials in conjunction with the company's teaching plan, and complete English teaching tasks
-Conduct training and Q&A for students according to the course schedule, and provide feedback related to teaching
-Continuously optimize teaching methods and service methods
-Report regularly to the manager
结合公司教学计划，开发并制作教辅材料，完成英语教学任务
根据课程安排进行学员培训、答疑，做好教学相关的反馈工作
不断优化教学方法及服务方式
向经理定期汇报工作
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications： 为了能够胜任此职位，担任此职位工作的个人至少满足以下条件：
-Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
-At least 2 years of experience in teaching English to adults
-Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
-Ability to interact and communicate effectively with students and fully engage the learning atmosphere of the course
大学本科相关专业及以上学历
有2年以上成人英语教学经历
优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神
能有效的和学生互动交流，充分调动课程学习气氛
