To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

>Operate and maintain electrical substations performing maneuvers in disconnectors and circuit breakers, rounds for inspections of the installations analysing the necessary components, interfaces and repairs in order to anticipate defects and maintain the proper functioning of the Substations;.

> Perform installation and predictive, preventive and corrective electrical maintenance in electrical equipment, such as: generators, electrical panels, power cabling, lighting, sockets and switches;

> Read and interpret specific drawings or process instructions in order to perform the work routine;

> Perform equipment maintenance plan

> Maintenance of substations and distribution protection systems.

>Perform in specific systems as planned in order to record daily activities, deviations and interferences

> Maintenance in low voltage system, cabinets, cables, sockets, infra-structure

>Perform installation and predictive, preventive and corrective electrical maintenance in machine tools, data/voice networks, CCTV, alarm and fire fighting system (include detectors, cables, central cabinet ,etc.), access control equipment, utility automation system, etc.

> Maintenance in Ethernet communication of building, communication cabinets, Cables CAT6, etc.

> Knowledge of Grounding System

> Document management of high and low-voltage electrical systems.

> Participate in the development of maintenance and safety work instructions.

> Support the implementation of the electrical system of the project.

> Support the supervision, coordination and acceptance of electrical installation projects.

> Perform activities of electrical installations in general (offices, rooms and manufacturing area);

> Ensure the quality of the services performed following all stages of the activity;

> Keep tools, equipment and workplace organized and clean;

>Search in technical catalogues and internet new suppliers of parts, components and services to meet any spare needs of parts in preventive and corrective maintenance;

> Act proactively in safety activities. Identify, report and record safety risks such as accidents, unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, etc.

> Perform risk analysis before starting an activity.

> Perform the activities always focusing on the availability of the equipment and identify deviations in components.

> Search for self-development and ask for leadership help when necessary.

胜任此项职位，需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责:

1、操作和维护变电站，操作断开器和断路器，检查装置，分析必要的组件，接口和维修，以预测缺陷并保持变电站的正常运行;

2、对电气设备进行安装和预测，预防性和纠正性电气维护，例如:发电机，电气面板，电力电缆，照明，插座和开关;

3、阅读和解释特定的图纸或工艺说明，以执行日常工作;

4、执行设备维护计划

5、变电站和配电保护系统的维护。

6、按照计划在特定的系统中执行，记录日常活动、偏差和干扰

7、低压系统、机柜、电缆、插座、基础设施的维修

8、负责机床、数据/语音网络、闭路电视、报警和消防系统(包括探测器、电缆、中央机柜等)、门禁设备、公用事业自动化系统等的安装和预测、预防性和纠正性电气维护。

9、楼宇以太网通信维护，通信机柜，CAT6电缆等。

10、接地系统知识

11、高低压电气系统文件管理。

12、参与维护和安全工作指导书的制定。

13、支持项目电气系统的实施。

14、支持电气安装工程的监督、协调和验收。

15、执行一般(办公室，房间和制造区域)的电气安装活动;

16、确保在活动的各个阶段提供的服务质量;

17、保持工具、设备和工作场所整洁有序;

18、在技术目录和互联网上搜索新的零件、部件和服务供应商，以满足预防性和纠正性维修中任何备件的需求;

19、积极参与安全活动。识别、报告和记录安全风险，如事故、不安全状况、不安全行为等。

20、开展活动前进行风险分析。

21、始终关注设备的可用性，识别部件的偏差。

22、寻求自我发展，必要时寻求领导帮助。
